My name is Anja [pronounced “Anya”] and my mission is to support you in bringing your life or your business on track and “on purpose”.

My commitment to you

When you talk to me, I will listen to you in a way that you might rarely get listened to. I will be so present with you that we will both hear even the things that are not being said.

We will bring everything to your awareness that might stop you from creating the future you desire: your actions, behavior, attitude, worries, beliefs and so on, and you will understand how you create your reality.

Once you have this understanding, we explore specific actions that will take you to the future that you’re imagining for yourself, rather than away from it.

Why “a manager who’s not your boss”?

I’ve noticed that most of my clients falls into two groups. One group is in a transition period of their life, looking for their purpose. People in a transition often look in two directions at the same time: “How did I get here and where do I want to go?” While they are busy analyzing, they often get confused and delay decisions in the present.

The other group consists of clients who want me to support them in managing and growing their business. They are solopreneurs, who often work from home with nobody to report to but themselves and nobody to hold them accountable. While they are the expert in their field, they might not be expert time managers, organizers, sales and marketing reps, book keepers and so on.

For both groups of clients I represent a “coaching manager” who helps you prioritize what’s most important right now, increase your focus, decrease distraction and procrastination and move you towards your goals in an inspired way, so you can fall in love with your life or business, rather than being overwhelmed by it.

Background

I am German and live in The Netherlands, right by the North Sea. I’ve been a manager in the corporate world for most of my life and also still coach managers in organizations as a Certified Recognition Professional (please refer to www.yellowumbrella.eu for my corporate services).

I’ve been trained by Paul McKenna, Michael Neill (who has also been my coach for a year), Richard Bandler and the Dale Carnegie Organization. My work is also strongly influenced by Steve Chandler’s teachings.
