I was taking her through a process of reviewing the past year and making inspired plans for the next one.

Normally I only do coaching programs with a minimum of 6 sessions, but seeing how fast valuable insights and positive change can happen sometimes, I decided to offer a special package of only 3 sessions just for this purpose – to help you make the coming year your best one ever and to kick start it with a positive outlook and bucketloads of inspiration!

What will our three sessions be about?

• We will take stock and see where you are right now in your life and where you want to go from here
• We will bring to your attention how you created the positive as well as the “not so great” outcomes of last year
• We’ll identify your learnings and the changes you want to make from now on
• We’ll look at your values to see why you want what you want and why you might start rebelling in certain situations
• We’ll look at how you have been limiting yourself and how you can stop that
• We’ll make an inspired plan of what you want to create for yourself this year and how you can achieve that

You will get to know yourself better and better with each session and gain valuable insights on your own actions and reactions from others.

My goal – as always – is to have you leave each session uplifted and inspired!
