The New People Manager – A Coaching Course

“The New People Manager” is a group coaching program for managers who are aware of the impact they have on the performance and job satisfaction of their team and who want to learn how to increase both. It’s main focus is on people management – as in recognizing, understanding and effectively lead “the other person”.
How do I have to change my behaviour in order to get the desired response from the other person – be it my team, my peers or my manager?
What you will learn:
- How you can influence the way people are reacting to you
- How to motivate each individual so they want to perform better
- How to increase your Know-, Like- and Trust-Factor
- How to coach and enable your team to think for themselves and act more maturely
- How to spot each person’s personality type so you can manage and communicate with them more effectively
- How to anticipate and avoid conflicts
- Tips, tools and exercises that you can copy and use in your own work with your team
Program Details:
- 1 individual intake session
- 5 group sessions every other week with 4-8 participants
- Assignments for self-observation from session to session
- Includes workbook “Kick start to becoming a great people manager”
Day/Time
- Group 1: Every other Wednesday evening from 7-9pm, starting November 3
- Group 2: Every other Friday morning from 9-11am, starting on November 5
